Having a Zen attitude means finding mindful awareness within the present moment. Not the past. Not the future. Now. This moment. Focus on positive thoughts. Negative thoughts will swirl to the surface. Acknowledge them, thank them for the lesson they bring and let them swirl away into the mist. Let go of what you can’t control.
Set aside some time for yourself. Look at the pictures one at a time. Pick a favorite that speaks to you. Close your eyes. Place yourself in the picture. What do you feel? What are your thoughts? Focus on the positive and let the negative go.
