6:09am to 6:48am. Thereabouts. And Soon Thereafter…

Thither and Yon we traipse, and never do we find, that traveling in a straight line suits our needs. Just now, Dawn has taken the stage.  For a few moments Twilight, in her darkled guise, remained, spellbound.  She gathered up Dawn and they performed a sustained, silent embrace for a guileless eternity.  Just the two of them.  Witnesses beyond time and space.  Lingering.  Effortless.  Dawn was wearing her mesmerizing tunic infused with puce, azul, fleeting magenta, burnt orange, moss, muted crimson, maroon, and mottled scarlet. Her glittering cloak, loosely draped around her sloped shoulders mimicking the ramparts of the mountains beyond. She gazed upon us with smoke misted eyes.  Relaxed.  Arms and hands quiet.  Resting.  Preparing.  Wonderments to behold.

With practiced reverence… she raised her arms, with the leisure of mastered experience, collected over eons beyond measure.  The tips of her sparkled fingers reaching up into the rapturous heavens.  With arms straight up her cloak slid from her shoulders and dropped from sight.  The light imbuing her manifestation fused seamlessly into that of the rising sun.

Oh… the cruising life contains many wonderments…  One of them… is rubbing shoulders with Thither, or Yon for that matter, in the presence of one of Dawns regenerative transitions.

Gazing out the front door leading to Prevost Harbor is an admirable occupation of sorts, at any time of day.  But… just before Dawn’s cloak slides from her shoulder, is in flight and has not yet touched the stage apron:  That is the time to divert your inner distractions and pay homage to the now.  Wrap up in a warm morning cloak, sip a mug of piping hot Canadian Kicking Horse Grissly Claw, plant your bony ass in a comfortable chair on the back deck, and… take in the view.  Become the view.  You are the view.  Remember that.  Be comfortable with that.
